A short drive will bring you to Port Townsend, noted for its early Victorian homes and quaint seaport.  Day trips are common to Seattle, Sequim, Port Angeles, Victoria B.C. , Whidbey Island and many scenic and recreational sites of the Olympic peninsula.

Kala Point Amenities:
Owners and visitors to Kala Point enjoy many recreational opportunities including a partially covered seasonal swimming pool, hot tub, sauna, exercise and game room, children's playgrounds, tennis courts, and a boat launch with a boat dock for day use.  Over a mile of low bank sandy waterfront provides easy access to the Puget Sound for boating, water sports and leisurely walks on the beach.  Pool open April 1 through mid-October.

• Bldgs. 1 & 2 lower units are 940 sq. ft., sleep 6 and have 2  bedrooms and 1 bath.
• Bldgs. 1 & 2 upper units are 960 sq. ft., sleep 6 and have 2 bedrooms and 2 baths.
• Bldgs. 3 & 4 are 1160 sq.ft., sleep 6 and have 2 bedrooms, a loft and 2 baths.
• Bldg. 5 has 1177 sq.ft., sleep 8 and have 2 bedrooms, a sleeping loft and two baths.

All units include cable TV, VCR and DVD, telephone, fireplace, dishwasher and washer dryer.

Ferry Service:
Car reservations are recommended for ferry service between Port Townsend and Whidbey Island (Port Townsend / Keystone Ferry).      Check the their website for current information and schedule.
