Owner News:
  • Unit representative volunteers are being recruited.  If you are interested in being a unit rep, contact Sharon Loushin, aitimber@localaccess.com.  
  • Congratulations to Cindy Yingling , our maintenance manager, who was honored for her 20 years of dedicated and loyal service at Kala Point Village.  
  • Quarterly billing for the timeshares is now handled by Brenda in our Kala Point Village office.  Please address all questions and correspondence regarding timeshare quarterly dues directly to the village office.  The annual Kala Point Association dues for the Kala Point amenities will still be handled by the Kala Point Association and payments for those dues need to be sent directly to the KPOA office. 
  • Driveway paving was completed on schedule and provides a major improvement.  We apologize for the inconvenience caused for the owners and guests during that week.
  • The swimming pool and spa are closed for the winter and will be undergoing major safety repairs.  The spa should be opened again sometime this winter and the pool during the normal spring opening.
  • Be sure to check the Washington State Ferry website for current information and ferry schedule.  http://www.wsdot.wa.gov/ferries, Reservations are recommended.
  • WiFi access is available for owners and guests in the library lounge behind the office.  The current installation was designed to cover the area around the office, however, some owners have reported that they have been able to make a connection from their unit.  Give it a try on your next visit.
  • We need permission of owners to publish your information in the owner directory.  If you want to be listed, please send an email to the office office@kpvillage.org giving your permission.  We would like to include as many as we can to facilitate communication among owners.
